All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During periods of high demand, holidays, promotional campaigns, or inventory restocking, processing times may extend slightly. Customers will receive an email confirmation once the order has been successfully processed.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be generated and sent via email.
Tracking information may require 24–72 hours to become active after shipment.
Multiple Packages
To optimize delivery efficiency, items purchased in the same order may occasionally be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers.
Customers may therefore receive multiple tracking numbers and deliveries on different dates.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, VAT, taxes, or handling fees imposed by local authorities.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is supplied:
- We cannot guarantee successful delivery.
- Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
- Orders returned due to address errors may be subject to handling costs.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, delays can occasionally occur due to:

- Public holidays
- Transportation restrictions
- Unexpected operational issues
Such circumstances remain outside our control.
Lost Shipments
A shipment may be considered lost if:
- Tracking has not updated for more than 30 consecutive days, and
- The carrier confirms inability to complete delivery.
In such cases, customers should contact our support team for investigation.
Damaged Deliveries
If an item arrives visibly damaged:
- Take clear photographs of the package and product.
- Contact support within 72 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and supporting images.
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
Refused Deliveries
Orders refused by the customer or abandoned during customs clearance may be returned to our fulfillment facilities.
Any return shipping, customs fees, storage fees, or handling charges imposed by carriers may be deducted from any applicable refund.
